We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For select journeys, we also offer flexible installment plans — pay a deposit now and the balance before departure.

Yes. Journeys marked with "Free Cancellation" can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. For other bookings, cancellation terms vary by itinerary — check your booking confirmation or contact our support team for assistance with modifications.

Every guide on Kalo Trip undergoes a rigorous vetting process including identity verification, certification checks, background screening, and a trial evaluation. Guides are rated by travelers after each journey, and we maintain a minimum 4.5-star standard.
